You can order through our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. You can also order via WhatsApp or phone.

Delivery charges depend on your location and order value and are displayed at checkout.
Our fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat are sourced daily from trusted suppliers to ensure quality and freshness.
Yes. Same-day delivery is available for fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat, subject to order cut-off times and rider availability. Pre-cut vegetables are not eligible for same-day delivery.
Fresh Vegetables, Fruits & Meat: Order by 2:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day, subject to availability.
Pre-Cut Vegetables: Order by 10:00 PM for next-day delivery, with deliveries made between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Pre-cut vegetables are not available for same-day delivery.
Fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat are generally delivered within 60–90 minutes after order confirmation. Pre-cut vegetables are delivered the next day between 1 PM and 8 PM.
Yes. Pre-cut vegetables are prepared fresh for your order. They are delivered the next day to maintain freshness and quality.
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable substitute or refund for that item.
Please check your order at delivery. Any damaged, missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item should be reported to our delivery person immediately.

Our minimum order amount is PKR 500.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
Yes. We accept bulk orders for households, offices, restaurants, and other customers.
For fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat, quality-related complaints must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. A clear picture of the product may be required for verification. Meat and chicken quality issues must be reported at the time of delivery, and complaints received after the specified time limit will not be entertained.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and being available to receive the order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability may be treated as undelivered.
The weight of chicken, meat, and pre-cut vegetables is measured before cutting or preparation.
